Information we process
We process your email address, display name, password hash or third-party account ID, verification credentials, account sessions, credit and payment references, uploaded text and images, generated files, and necessary service and security logs. We do not receive or store your full PayPal password or card details.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, perform requested generation and editing, store and display your work, manage credits and payments, prevent abuse, resolve errors and respond to requests.
Service providers and hosting
The overseas service is hosted in Singapore. Requested text and images may be sent to RunningHub, DashScope, DeepSeek and their underlying model providers. Verification and password-reset emails are delivered through Resend. PayPal processes checkout and provides payment confirmation and transaction references. These providers may process information in other countries. Do not upload material you are not authorized to share with these services.
Content moderation and prompt sharing
We send generation text and image prompts to Creem for pre-generation content screening, together with an opaque prompt reference. This may include your story text, character descriptions and editing instructions. Creem processes the text under its policies and may process it in another country. Do not include unnecessary personal or confidential information in prompts. We block generation if screening rejects the prompt or is unavailable. Moderation request references and decisions may be kept for security, abuse investigations and review.
Cookies, sign-in and site measurement
Account sessions use essential cookies. If you choose Google or X sign-in, that provider processes the authorization request and returns an account identifier and available profile details to us; we do not receive your provider password. We use one first-party, HttpOnly random visitor cookie to count unique site visitors and measure registrations, storing only its daily SHA-256 digest and an optional account link. Visitor records are cleared on a rolling 90-day calendar schedule. We do not store IP addresses or full browsing history in this visitor table. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track requests are excluded. Deleting or blocking the cookie may affect counts. When checkout is available, PayPal scripts process browser and payment information needed for a purchase.
Retention and your choices
Projects are subject to a 7-day retention policy. You can request account deletion and contact support for access, correction or deletion requests. Necessary security and financial records may remain for dispute handling and applicable obligations. Download your work before deleting it.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, password hashing and server-side payment verification. No system can guarantee complete security. Contact support if you suspect an account or privacy incident.
